The house is right at the start of the Wirral country park which is great for running, cycling and walking and goes all the way to West Kirby. Hooton train station is only 5 minutes walk from the house and has main lines into Liverpool and Chester with trains running every 10-15 minutes and there are great links to motorways nearby.

Upstairs there is a good sized bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath and there is also a toilet downstairs too.

Downstairs there is a large living room and kitchen which is equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee machine and there is a decent sized garden to the back with a seating area - there is a space on the drive for a car as well.
