Double bedroom available in a quiet, clean house in the village of Hooton.

I am looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy working professional to move into my home where I have a double bedroom available. My house is right at the start of the Wirral country park which is great for running, cycling and walking and goes all the way to West Kirby. Hooton train station is only 5 minutes walk from the house and has main lines into Liverpool and Chester with trains running every 10-15 minutes and there are great links to motorways nearby too.

The bedroom available has a double bed and large chest of draws and there is an office upstairs that can be used for home working too.

Upstairs there is a decent sized bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath and there is also a toilet downstairs too.

Also downstairs there is a large living room and kitchen which is equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee machine and there is a decent sized garden to the back with a seating area - there is a space on the drive for a car as well.

The room will be available from the 1st of September subject to a positive reference and deposit being provided - in person viewings only which are available from the 26th of September.
