One room available in a beautiful family home in upmarket location, within walking distance of shops and railway station. Free parking on drive. There is access to a very large kitchen with family room, and to the lounge with TV including WiFi, Amazon Prime films, and Netflix (but you're a better person than me if you can figure out how the TV works!). The utility room is available for washing clothes. All bills included. We are only looking for contractors or similar who are looking for a few weeks or couple of months accommodation.

There's one ensuite room, and the other two rooms will share the family bathroom (which has a freestanding bath and blade shower). There's also a downstairs toilet.

1. Large double with beautiful ensuite and lots of storage space, overlooking back garden.

2. Large double with access to the family bathroom, overlooking the back garden.

3. Double room with access to the family bathroom, overlooking the front garden.
