1 double bedroom for rent

I am looking to rent out a double room in a 3 bedroom house. This is a very peaceful house as its only my self living here and I am not looking to rent out the 3rd bedroom. I could offer flexibility on a second bedroom if you need to work from home, but that can be discussed if required. House will be undergoing some renovations over the next 6-18 months, which includes a new kitchen and a new driveway.

All bills included. References and deposit would be required. I'm not interested in parties etc. This would be ideal for a working professional. As I am I live in landlord I would prefer someone of a similar personality. I work Monday to Fridays and aren't always home in the evenings, which also means the kitchen will be mainly for the prospective tenant.
