Due to personal circumstances, I am seeking someone to take over my part of a joint tenancy for a beautiful two bedroom flat in the overpool area. This flat also has a large upper room that is not considered a bedroom, however this could easily be used as one. The rent is £475 a month not including bills. The current tenant who seeks to remain at the property, is a kind caring and empathetic female, and so preferably any females seeking a tenancy would be preferable however, males are also happily considered. The flat is extremely spacious, kept extremely clean, and has all furniture besides the furniture you would need for your bedroom.
