Double room in a relaxed new build household

Hi,

Thanks for reading over my listing. I am looking for a relaxed, easygoing tenant for a double room in a new build 3 bedroom home.

Our home, is located in Ellesmere Port CH65, a 3 minute walk from the train station with trains running to Liverpool and Chester along with a short drive to Cheshire Oaks outlet village.

We are situated on a quiet housing estate, the house has parking for 2 vehicles along with electric hook-up if required.

I work Monday to Friday office hours (office based), and my weekends are relaxed and chilled. I do not live in a party house, and I value respect and cleanliness.
