It is quite spacious, has a large conservatory, back garden, sky television, parking, upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC. It is fully furnished to a high standard. The room for rent is a decent sized double room with fitted wardrobes. The rent is £100 per week and this also covers all utility bills.
