Im looking for a professional person to rent a room in this two bedroomed flat, it has an open plan kitchen/diner/living room, a large bathroom and secure parking. Its better to come and look as explaining it doesn't do it justice.

This let includes TV, double bed wardrobe all in the room.
Shared large bathroom with shower over corner bath, bills included.
Great access to the motorway for links to chester, Liverpool, Manchester etc.

I am after a professional between the age of 20-30 years of age, who is clean and tidy, respectful of my space and also considerate of my neighbours.
