Lovely furnished double room to rent in a 2 bed flat rivacre area in ellesmere port, i have a small shihtzu dog who is very friendly and no bother, all bills plus wifi included in the price, 5 mins from capenhurst for workers, 10 mins from shell workers, 2 mins from motorway for liverpool, chester, warrington, 5 mins walk to bus and train station to ellesmere port, chester, liverpool, parking available on the road. Must be working and a dog lover. please note price is £110 weekly paid on a monday, this is for a full week or mon to friday, if you take holidays this ammount is still to be paid as i am keeping the room for yourself, my room to rent is for contractors only that stay for short periods through working in the area im not looking for a permenent lodger, i work myself so looking for a respectful tidy person 😁
