Furnished Double Room

4 bed semi detached house with shared kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, spacious fenced rear garden, front garden, driveway and road parking. 5 min walk to a bus stop and 2 train stations within 2 miles which go straight into town. I own 2 dogs and a cat, which are all very friendly. Bills included, however I do not pay council tax since I am a student so council tax is not included in the rent. Limited photos at the moment as the bathroom and kitchen are currently being renovated so they will be brand new for the 1st of May. The second double room is also being decorated so photos will be available closer to 1st of May.
