Hi! I’m looking for a housemate to share my recently purchased home. It’s important to me that whoever moves in can appreciate and look after the space as much as I do. It’s a warm, comfortable place I take pride in, and I’d love to share it with someone like-minded.

You’ll have a double bedroom with a desk and clothes rail, and we’ll share a clean bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, plus a tidy kitchen and living space with access to all in it! There’s also driveway parking available.

I’m a teacher, so I’m out during the weekdays, but in my spare time I love to go out, socialise, and explore, whether that’s grabbing a drink, enjoying a good meal, going out with friends or going for a walk down by the beach. I’d love to find someone who’s up for doing those kinds of things together now and then, but also values a calm and respectful home environment.
