In this House we have 3 females, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

The house has 4 rooms with 2 having their own bathroom, the other 2 rooms share 1 bathroom. The modern kitchen is open planned with a TV mounted on the wall and comes with all the essentials you will need. Perfect for a quick move in!

The house is located on Chapel Road in L19. Liverpool South Parkway is only a 5 minute walk which has access to the City Centre, Manchester, Midlands and the South.
The 86 (24 Hour bus) also stop is just a short walk away from the property.

LOCAL FACILITIES
ASDA is only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a corner shop only 2 minute walk as well. Speke retail centre is a 5 minute drive which includes a cinema, restaurants, Morrisons, and many more.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee to secure the room. We will require either a £465 deposit if you cannot provide a UK based guarantor or a deposit of £250 if a guarantor can be provided.
We will need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. Please be advised that all tenancies for this property are subject to a credit check.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
