PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £250 deposit application with a UK guarantor or 5 weeks deposit to secure room . This holds the room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we will need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.
