In this House we have 2 females and 3 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has six rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Two Rooms in the property are double en-suite rooms and then the four double rooms will have share 2 communal bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street. You do have to pay for use of the washing machine and drying machine, but the rent has been reduced by £20 per month to accommodate for this.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Russell Road in L19. Liverpool South Parkway is only a 5 minute walk which has access to the City Centre, Manchester, Midlands and the South. The 86 (24 Hour bus) also stops at this station.

LOCAL Facilities
ASDA is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Bus stop is just a 3 minute walk from the house with LSP only a 5 minute walk. There is a corner shop only 2 minute walk as well. Speke retail centre is a 5 minute drive which includes a cinema and restaurants.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
