I am making this post to advertise a lovely cosy room to rent in a 3 bedroom house located in Garston, South Liverpool.
A little bit about myself - Hello, my name is Ikrah I am a 28 year old professional I moved up north with my current house mate. Unfortunately, After 9 months of living here my lovely housemate has decided to expand her own business and wants to move out and get her own place☺️
However, fortunately for me it does mean that I get to advertise her room to another lovely professional who matches my vibe. I am a clean person, not OCD, but just like to keep things in place and tidy 😇I am a social butterfly and bubbly (as I've been described by those around me🥰). I love going out, but at the same I love staying in and up for cosy brunches and discovering new mocktails (I am Muslim, so I don't drink but respect others)
Details of the house🏡 :
- 3 bedroom house - the small room is used for extra storage and for our guests whenever they visit
- We have a small garden and if you have a bike we have space for it too!
- Spacious hallway/bedroom space. Cosy communal area. The living room is the largest area of the of the house and it has a nice layout so please feel free to design it how you’d like :)
- The agency we're with have been great in sending people out and fixing anything straight away
- Tenancy lease that you will be potentially taking over is from 1st December onwards (we currently have a roll on contract so it’s not designated to a specific set of months) we are extremely flexible so whenever you’re free to move in my current housemate can make adjustments as she’s not in a rush to leave by a certain deadline.
- Rent £487.50/ Broadband £37 (£18.50 each) / Council Tax £179.08 (£89.54 each as we are Band A for Liverpool City Council)
- We live in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking available!
- Our house is based in south Liverpool so it’s a 15 minute walk to Liverpool South Parkway train station / 1 minute walk to the local Asda / 7 minute walk to Lidl / 5 minute walk to Aldi / 10 minute walk to the local gym / 10 minute walk to Cressington Station for Merseyrail / 4 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you into town
