Good size really nice room (9. 6" x 13"), double bed, fitted wardrobe etc in large modern 3 storey town house. The kitchen + dining room is on the ground floor, living room and my bedroom (en suite) 1st floor. On 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms and lovely bathroom for lodger's exclusive use. I only want to let 1 room and one is used for storage. 4th bedroom empty and could be used by lodger for storage so plenty of space. Would be secluded and quiet as I only use this floor for storage! Central heating etc. Suit busy working person with regular hours, shift work OK.

Excellent for public transport. 2 minutes from 82 bus route which is every 3 minutes into centre. Cressington stations 10 mins walk away. Asda supermarket 3 minutes walk away, Garston sport centre 15 minutes walk!
