Double furnished room

I have a furnished double bedroom available for rent. It is in a quiet residential street - 10 mins walk from good rail links (with 15 mins travel into the city centre) and a 10 minute drive to John Lennon Airport. There is shared use of rear yard, two reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom for £300 per month including utility bills and broadband. The house has central heating, power shower, a washing machine and a dryer.... I am happy to provide pics if you are interested!
I have two (fully trained) house cats.
The house is clean and tidy (with a cleaner who comes in once a fortnight). I am used to sharing my home so know how important privacy and personal space is and would like to share with someone likeminded.
