Hello,
I’ve. a stunning double bedroom with en suite available for a suitable flatmate. .
You’ll be living with myself and a 16 month old Toy Poodle. Please don’t contact if you’re not a dog lover or fine with living with a small hypoallergenic friendly dog. I work long hours 4 days per week which includes x2 nights which means you’ll have plenty of time and space to yourself at home.
The apartment is bright, light. and airy and in a great location with a 6 minute walk to the further most point of promenade. Great for those who enjoy long walks, jogging or cycling. Aigburth Road is 5-6 minute walk and the nearest station (Cressington) is 8 minute walk.
There is parking allocated to apartment which is available at present but car owners will be able to park nearby once I need allocated space outside myself in a couple of months.
All bills are included in rent.
