There is a separate kitchen and bathroom on the top floor providing the opportunity to live independently from the rest of the household if you so wish.

With the quaint and convenient Cressington Station just up the road and the esplanade along the River Mersey just down the road, this house couldn’t be in a more perfect, Liverpool location. It’s such a quiet area, you are sure to get a good night’s sleep.

The huge bathroom has plenty of storage, a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. It also has a large full-length mirror.

The kitchen on the top floor has a microwave an air fryer, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and plenty of storage space for your own items. There is plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils and crockery so there is no need to bring anything!
