This room is available on a 2-4 night a week basis and would suit someone who lives elsewhere and works from their own home a few nights a week. Can’t select a nightly basis for cost but get in touch to discuss, obviously it would be less than amount shown. It is not available as a someone’s main home but would also consider short term, minimum of one month.

( strictly for single occupancy only) to offer with use of a large sitting room with kitchen off and large main bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower, all shared with only one other for only two nights per week not multi occupancy. This is a large Victorian (non smoking) house in the desirable area of Grassendale. Situated in a semi secluded position on a quiet, safe and leafy drive, just off the south end of Aigburth Road and close to the waterfront esplanade of Cressington Park. Local train station Cressington close by; 10 minutes to city centre by frequent train (every 15 mins) and bus stops nearby too. Some shops and restaurants within walking distance and just a few minutes drive or bus to the popular Lark Lane area for bars and restaurants. Plenty of room for parking your car on the front drive. Convenient for Jaguar/Landrover factory, Airport, Knowsley Expressway, motorways and city centre.
We are retired live in Owners whose children have grown up and moved away. The house is quiet, well kept, clean and tidy, just how we like it; the rooms spacious and airy. If it sounds like you would like it too then get in touch. Accommodation available between Monday - Friday., minimum of two nights.
Do not be misled by the description below ie. Total#rooms 4. (Can't change that setting) This is a very large family house, double fronted with rooms over 3 floors. Plenty of space for everyone and privacy for all.
