The second available room shares bathroom with 2 others and is actually 2 rooms kicked into one; bedroom and living/working area adjacent. The house is 2 minutes walk to Cressington Park station for Merseyrail (about 10 minutes city centre) and Aigburth Road for buses. Convenient for City Centre, Aigburth, Otterspool Park and Prom, Sefton Park, Speke and the airport, Allerton and City Centre with excellent links to M56 and M62. This is a nice green area with local shops, supermarket, pub, and walking/cycling/running on the Prom all a few minutes walk. The house is about a 20 minute brisk walk to Sefton Park and is less well known than the streets around that Park. However Cressington and Grassendale have a lot more to offer than good transport links with the Prom nearby and a short walk up the prom is Otterspool Park with a pub and large outside area in fantastic surroundings, cafes and local shops plus large supermarket close by on Aigburth Raod and a Toby carvery, variety of restaurants and a winebar nearby.
The girls are 20s to early 30s and work in teaching marketing and civil service. This is a sociable friendly houseshare where people chat share coffee tea cake and wine but this is not a party house.

The house is non smoking, clean and very nicely kept and the girls (all moved in separately at different times) are looking for someone who wants to be part of the household and who enjoys a comfortable homely space.
The rent includes water, gas, council tax, cleaner, virgin media wifi and gardener.
The rent doesn’t include the electricity which is administered by us and works out about £15 per person per month.
