A large three bed house in the Aigburth area.

The house is close to amenities, 5 minutes from ottispool prom, sefton park is 10 minute walk, the bus route into town is at the top of the street and their are shops and cafies, pubs and their are train and bus stations close by.
their is a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room with tv. I have one cat who is not allow in any of the bedrooms and its a nice area, the house has a nice homely atmostphere and its in a nice street.
The rooms have central heating and real fires. I like to paint and I like looking after my pot plants, I would like to meet people who want to study.
I am a smoker but only smoke in the kitchen with the door open or in the yard. I don't allow smoking in the bedrooms.
Although I am 59yrs old I am not old 59, well I hope not, I like to keep active.
