Single room

My name is Chris and I live on the outskirts of Liverpool with my partner Jason (gay couple). I rent out 2 rooms in our home (bills included) 1 double room (single occupancy) and 1 small single room. Obviously you fend for yourself with food. Had a number of lodgers who we don’t really see much of, we are nice people, but love our own space.

Our rooms have a tv with an amazon prime fire stick. We have a lovely kitchen with access to a washing machine, tumble drier and a fridge freezer shared with the other lodger. We also have a nice back garden to sit out in.

The area we live in is called Halewood, nice little local shopping centre 5 minutes away. Same for buses to get in to Liverpool town centre, which is about 40 mins by bus. Train station about 10 mins away.

I (54) and Jason (52) both work full time. We have 2 cats who are pains, but not allowed in the bedrooms. 2 Frenchies, bit hyper at times, but friendly.
