Hi, I am looking to rent out the spare room in my home which I share with my 7 year old daughter (shes no bother at all honest!!) :-)
I am outgoing, laid back and get on with most people.
My home is a modern, tidy 3 bedroom house. There is no ensuite to the spare room but you would have the main bathroom pretty much to yourself!
Ideally I would prefer to rent out to a female around my age but can be flexible around this.
My spare room is a double sized room and comes furnished.
I am in close proximity to halewood and huntscross train stations. There is also a bus depot which is literally a 1 minute walk from my house so if you don't drive or use public transport to commute to work, it's fairly easy. You are also close to the the m62 and m57 motorways.
