Nice, quiet, safe street. House has large living/dining area, good size kitchen, bathroom, and side extension with exercise equipment. Kitchen has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Shower is electric. Current resident is female, non-smoker, works from home a few days a week and has 2 indoor cats. Small front yard and medium sized back garden with shed. No dogs or cats allowed but willing to consider smaller pets. Close to M6 and East Lancs. Council Tax Band A but included in rent. TV licence not included. Willing to rent part of the week for reduced rent.
