✨ Great location! Under 5 minutes’ walk to Heswall centre where you’ve got everything – shops, coffee spots, bars, restaurants, and a bus station that can take you pretty much anywhere on the Wirral and beyond.

Big enough for a king bed

Can come furnished or unfurnished – whatever makes you feel at home

Overlooks the garden, quite, and ready to make your own

🏠 The House

Currently being spruced up with a more homely vibe

1 full bathroom and an under stairs loo.

Third bedroom = home office, but I’m open to sharing or moving things around if you WFH.

Outbuilding = planned gym… but it’s previously been used as an office, so flexible

Large garden = summer BBQs, dinners, and fire pit nights

🚗 Travel

Off-road parking included

10 mins by car to Arrowe Park or Clatterbridge hospitals (ideal if you’re a nurse/doctor or work nearby)

The main bus station is very close by within walking distance if you don’t drive

🐾 Pets

Cat-friendly! The house even comes with a cat flap. No dogs sorry!

👫 Who I’m Looking For
I’m in my mid-late 20s and would love someone similar in age 20s-30s. I am not just after a lodger – ideally you’re sociable, friendly, and up for the odd Netflix binge, pub trip, or summer garden hang. Being tidy is a must but we all know bedrooms are for free expression - not good impressions. All I ask is that you are respectful of the house but mi casa es su casa, so have friends round, walk around in your PJs and relax!
Couples are welcome if they are unproblematic and fun. Please note that Rent for couples will be higher than listed.

💡 The Boring but Important Bit

Rent includes everything: bills, WiFi, and even house essentials (toilet roll, cleaning products, lightbulbs… all those little things no one likes running out of). I will also be looking at getting a bi-weekly cleaner to make our lives a little easier.
