Kitchen and Dining room shared by all - no access to lounge , but room spacious . Garden there for all.
We are looking for a house mate who is out at work/ college/university during the day. This would not suit someone who does night shifts .
There is good access to on street parking and a garage for safe keeping of bikes etc
