My name is Paul and I'm offering a room in my flat here in Hoylake. I work full time as a nurse in Liverpool. I have a cat called Charlie.
My flat has everything you would expect, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, all cooking provisions, UPVC windows, security doors and gas central heating, its very inviting, modern and warm. There is outdoor space available which is an elevated terrace. The closest train station is Hoylake about 2 minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally and a decent blend of shops, 2 small supermarkets, Sainsbury's (2 minutes walk) & Coop (10 minute walk), a larger Sainsburys is located about 15 minute drive away in Upton. and the M53 motorway is a short drive. The beach is approximately 5-10 minutes walk away. There is plenty of parking in the immediate vicinity.
The room on offer is to the rear of the building and is south / east facing - hence the you get a sunrise. The room is well insulated which necessitates only minimal heating. Full size radiator located for your comfort. Located within this room is a walk in cupboard which comfortably houses a wardrobe & fridge. USB socket for your use & 4 double sockets. The routiner for the house is in this room and located in a cupboard. Area of the room is 13.5sqm2 and is very airy, full size door to the terrace. There is plenty of storage available, a wardrobe, draws, cabinets and shelving. Smoke detector within the room for your safety. Double bed and good quality mattress with protector, quilt, pillows and pillow protectors - all brand new. Bedside cabinet and 32" smart TV wall mounted. Its a old Victorian house and therefore has high ceilings.
The shower room is fully tiled / in grey, powerful digital shower - braun toothbrush charger - bluetooth ceiling spekers - sorry no bath!
I'm looking for someone who is relatively quiet, and respectful of their environment, a non smoker is essential and no pet. My cat is elderly and ive had him almost 14 years - id choose a pet free environment, but it is what it is.
