Spacious room in Victorian home

I have recently refurbished the top floor of our Victorian home which consists of two large bedrooms, a kitchenette and shower room. The room available is a large, bright, sunny loft room with a super king sized bed. It has a wonderful view over the municipal golf course.
I like to have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while being aware of privacy. I work away from home for 2 weeks of every month at the moment.
The house is a 3 minute walk from Hoylake train station and close to the beach, golf course and all amenities.
There is a sunny courtyard garden and BBQ and the use of an aga and washing machine as well as the kitchenette.
