Spacious Double Room in Friendly Home

Clean and spacious room available in a quiet road that is close to all amenities including the beach and Royal Liverpool Golf Course. The house is also very close to the station (3 minute walk) with easy access into Liverpool.
There is a sunny courtyard garden and a lounge and dining room as well as a kitchen/breakfast room with an aga. I trained as a Chef and enjoy cooking so the kitchen is well equipped. There is Sky television in the lounge.
I like to have a friendly, homely atmosphere but also to give people their own space and privacy.
I am happy to allow people a few weeks trial period to see if its suitable for them.
A cleaner comes weekly to attend to the kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms (this is also included in the price).
