Are you working in the Merseyside / Cheshire area and want the added bonus of having your own free space!
We are seeking a clean and tidy tenant for 5-7 days a week (flexible arrangement, to be discussed with individuals) for a, spacious cottage with rear garden and patio. The cottage is a very short walk from Hoylake station (link to Birkenhead and Liverpool) & 3 min walk to the lovely beach. It is a short drive from the M53 and has Sainsbury's, Wetherspoons and other shops / restaurants & pubs on Market street just around the corner.
You will have use of the whole of the house with a lockable bedroom door.
Owner is away during the week but needs sole use of the house occasional weekends.. to be discussed.
So, its £500 p. month plus bills which add up to £200 for the right person/couple. If bills exceed current monthly usage due to couple use, the extra will be charged. The bills will remain in our name.
Facilities available:
Spacious open plan area for dining & fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Lounge area with TV (small. Welcome to bring your own)
