The room is located on the ground floor and is currently furnished with a desk, chair and two wardrobes. A bed and bedside table can be provided free of charge if requested. The house includes a driveway, front, side and back gardens, a shared living room, a modern kitchen and a bright conservatory dining area. The bathroom and all communal areas have been recently updated and the whole property is clean, modern and well maintained.
The property is currently occupied by two 26 year old males who jointly own the house. Both work full time in professional roles and keep the home friendly, respectful and tidy.
Rent is £125 per week for a single occupant or £165 for couples due to increased bills. No deposit is required and all bills are included. Rent is paid monthly in advance and we ask for one month’s notice before moving out. All applicants are welcome subject to references and background checks. Any additional requests are at the landlord’s discretion.
