Whiston hospital - 3. 6 miles - 9 mins
Broadgreen hospital - 4. 3 miles - 8 mins
Liverpool Heart & Chest - 4. 3 miles - 8 mins
Royal Liverpool hospital - 6. 5 miles - 11 mins
Liverpool Dental hospital - 6. 7 miles - 11 mins

Close to all local amenities: 5 minute walk to a 24 hour supermarket and all local shops, post office, banks, take away places, local pub, social club, walk-in health centre, doctors, dentists and library. A few minutes drive to another superstore supermarket. Close to the brand new newly located local authority gym/sports centre and swimming pool, and a golf course is at the top of the road.
Close to all transport links, bus stops are on the main road, the property is walking distance to the local train station and bus station. (trains to the Liverpool City centre are very frequent and takes from 8 mins (the express train) to 15 mins (normal train)). Very close to all motorway connections, for example the M62 and the M57 etc.
Seeking professional, considerate clean and tidy, friendly lodgers, who are happy to contribute to the running of the household, e. g cleaning the bathroom after use, also I would like non smokers please.
