The house is situated near the local college, the village shops, and Asda. Its a 3 bedroomed house with 1 ( clean ) new bathroom/shower, Kitchen, two living rooms, Large garden, driveway and Gas central heating. I will include in the price, Electric, Gas, Internet, council tax etc.....so no extra bills !!
Huyton in Roby station is less than 1 mile away and so is Huyton station with easy access to Liverpool and Manchester trains. Asda is just around the corner and in walking distance. There are also some local shops.
At the moment the room is a blank canvas, there is no bed encase you want to use your own or if requested a bed will be supplied for when you move in.
Please no pets allowed.
A small deposit will be required to secure the room and a rent book will also be supplied.
