Two double rooms to rent seperatly or together near Heswall with quick easy access to bus routes through Birkenhead, Liverpool and Chester as well as good local ameneties. house benefits from large Kitchen Diner, two living rooms small study spacious bathroom and large garden. (couples welcome but would need to take both rooms, or pay a slight premium due to increased service use). Quiet area and a quiet house. Not for you if its a party house you want.

Bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with sliding doors, to give large storage space.
Room is about 4m by 3 m, 13feet by 10feet. Other is 3 by 3 or 10 by 10.
Both are double beds, one 4 ft ,one 4 ft 6
Wifi is available as is sat tv with sports and movies. Extra box can be added to a room but renter would need to pay for installation and extra multi room sky fee (10)'
The house has two occupants at present , One guy one girl, the oldest is rarely there, two nights a week on average. Both of the occupants presently there are related. This seems to put people off, so I might as well tell you now!
