The house is shared with myself, partner and daughter. But the house is big enough to give you plenty of privacy.
It is only a few minutes walk to little Sutton train station and bus route to Liverpool and Chester.
It is ideal for contractor needing to be close to Essar or Capenhurst.
I also have another room available furnished but with shared bathroom so female would be preferred.
