I would live there myself if I didn't work 4 hours away
It has mains interlinked fire alarm, smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm.
There is a shared communal area, and a back garden. There are also 2 bathrooms (so ladies and gents do not need to share lol)
There are fire doors throughout and emergency lighting
We are very safe conscious and would like our tenants to live in luxury accomodation.
The property is within half a mile of 3 train stations including rice land and aintree. It has a few retail parks close by and is only 15 minutes away from the city centre
So it's perfect for anyone who wants to relax away from the city life but still get habe enough time to fix your hair, makeup or chat up lines on the train to party in the city
There is aintree and fazakerley hospital less than a mile away and aintree race course about 5 minutes away by car

The main thing for me is that the tenants get along with each other and respect each other and the property.

We have a great management team in place for anyone who wants to speak about any problems or general concerns. I am also there for any questions you have or even just a chat :D
