I'm pretty laid back yet sociable and busy a lot of the time with my own endeavours.
Looking for friendly roomies who like to sit and have the occasional meal together, maybe go out for a couple of drinks , watch netflix etc but who can also respect each others privacy when need be. I am a young professional with hobbies such as yoga an fitness.
I have a clean tidy home so require considerate house mates so we can live in harmony.
There is also 2 little angel cats who will be living with us Klaus and Fifi purrrfect. companions ^.^ so only suitable if your not allergic and don’t dislike cats.
(Its NOT a party house)
But there's le-way for a few social gatherings on special occasions birthday etc long as there’s some notification in advance, overall it is a quiet house hold after 11pm.
Home is situated in Dingle L8 area close to Sefton Park, Lark Lane, 10 minute bus route to town centre, and by a big Tesco which is super handy!!
The room available is wonderfully furnished, and communal living room and dining room are modernly furnished with a TV.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED
(Council Tax separate) - Band A works out around £35 between 3
DOUBLE ROOM (bills inc) - £500 per month
Can pay fortnightly if preferred.
Deposit required a full months rent, returnable at end of tenancy

Reference Required in form of Proof of work income, or Student loan or upfront payment of duration of stay.
