I'm looking for a flatmate, as my current flatmate is moving out. I'm a PhD student currently in my write up year,
The room is double, furnished with a desk, bed, sidetable, bookcase, clothes rail, standard lamp - I'm happy to take any of this out of the room if preferred (except the bed).
The room gets nice sun in the morning and the flat is right by Princes and Sefton Park. The shared areas - bathroom (shower/bath), kitchen, living room - are tastefully furnished. It's quite a quiet flat, with a shared garden.
