Urgent tenancy take over for a double, en-suite room at Liberty Gardens student accommodation. It is about a 10 minute walk from Lime Street Station and the centre of town. It is also in a great location for students of
both Liverpool John Moores, University of Liverpool and LIPA.
The first instalment has been paid for until January 8th. It has a good sized shared kitchen and living room with a communal television. The flatmates are lovely.
