Would suit anybody working in The Royal, Broadgreen or Alder Hey as they’re all really close by. ROOM AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 2025On-street parking.
The house is calm, quiet and chilled and definitely somewhere peaceful to come home to after a long day.
Extremely well linked bus into city centre in 15 mins, Aldi, Tesco, Home Bargains, Sainsbury’s and Lidl very close. Edge lane retail park is 5 mins away.
Rent is £ 520
per month, all bills included and a professional clean once per 2 weeks. HOWEVER, a small uplift will apply to anybody working from home to cover extra heating/electricity.
