Bright Room, nice sized with double bed.
✨(This bed is called a triple sleeper.
The bottom is a double bed, the top a single. I had considered changing it but my other lodgers hadn’t minded and have used the top portion as additional storage or for friends visiting . It’s a nice room and comfortable bed.)✨

Overlooks path to back garden and nice view of area trees out the window.
Easy going household just outside city centre.
Myself and an affable, well mannered man cub in 2nd year Uni at home and and another young professional.

3 min to Sefton Park
10 min walk to Lark Lane, Smithdown Road and Allerton.

Am adaptable if want to keep to themselves or socialise.
🐕 We have 2 very friendly large breed pupbaes so must be a dog lover! 🐶
