Our house is very unique and is a great place to meet new friends. We're building an incredible community here too. The house meet on Fridays and Saturdays for drinks and social time together in the lounge. House meals are common too so we're sure you'll fit right in.
Our rooms are more like hotel rooms than spare rooms and our housemates are, what can I say just amazing. Our typical housemates are
Doctors, Pharmacists, Dentists, GPs, Surgeons, Accountants, Engineers, Biologists, Corporate Managers, and those in other graduate roles.
The room we have available can be shown and let by virtual viewings should you prefer that also.

Our property is located near popular Sefton Park and Lark Lane, yet just 1 mile to the Womens Hospital or 2 miles into the city centre.
We've combined our love of spectacular interior design, with luxurious quality. Each room has been tailor made and uniquely designed, all offering private en-suite facilities, workstations and fully furnished. There is plenty of off street parking and bike storage facilities too.
Let's talk internet - the house includes Virgin Media M350 fibre broadband package. There are UniFi access points along with ethernet points at each workstation. Speed up to 300 mps depending on device.
We've created a big shared co-living space on the ground floor, offering a boutique kitchen-diner, with plenty of seating. The kitchen leads into a cosy lounge, with a large flatscreen smart TV and plush seating. The patio doors open from the lounge onto a large garden, with casual seating to enjoy the garden and lovely weather (whenever that arrives this year!). We've recently built a fence with ambient lighting outdoors which our housemates love and an enormous 30 m2 deck where you can relax and unwind or even work out.
There is a coal BBQ to share together also and much more.
There are also secure bike sheds available at the rear of the house for up to 8 cycles and plenty of off road parking. There is a dedicated laundry room on the ground floor, equipped with double washing machines and tumble dryers and all the usual cleaning and ironing gear.
To meet the needs of a busy house, there is also a separate kitchen for residents on the top floor.
Our cleaners attend fortnightly and take care the communal areas.
