In this House we have 4 males and 1 female and all 5 are working professionals. They are sociable but quiet and like to use the lounge after work to wind down from a long day!

The house has 6 rooms and a spacious Kitchen. The house has all the necessary equipment; Pots, pans, plates, iron, hoover etc etc so all you need is literally yourself and a suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The property is just a 5 minute walk from Rice Lane train station and is just a 15 minute train ride to the city centre.
Great public transport links, with various routes passing the property. Most leading to L1 every 10 minutes and also routes that lead to Sefton Park, Lark Lane and Aintree hospital is also just a 20 minute bus ride away.

The property is situated just of Rice Lane which is just a 5 minute walk to local supermarkets such as Sainsburys and Aldi.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract.
