Spare room to share house

Big space on quiet neighbourhood just off Newsham Park, full house to share with two persons, cosy living room, and small yard. Preferably single person, all bills included. If you like to chat spanish, french or italian are spoken in the house. You are welcome to have visits just bare in mind that we work from home.

I'm on the middle of renovations, so these pictures are not up to date but they are just to give you an idea of the space, I'll replace them in a couple of days, thanks.
