Description
Just 1 excellent room left to fill in this very well thought out and looked after house. The room is fitted out with everything you will need including a full bed sheet set, hangers and even towels.
A cleaner is provided each month and also the toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand soap and cleaning products are regularly restocked.
I personally deep clean rooms each time they become vacant so I can vouch that this room is VERY clean and I aim to have it feel like you are arriving in a welcoming hotel room so all you need to do is add your personal items when you arrive.
There is a communal room with living and dining facilities which you are welcome to use. There is also a basic iron, ironing board, hover, brushes and other cleaning bits for communal use.
Outside there is a yard with a washing line and a locked shed to store bikes.
All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband) - just the rent and deposit needed, there are no hidden costs.
Please note that each room has a different rental charge due to the different size of rooms, this one is the largest (and sunniest) in the house and is the only one with a king sized bed!
This property is very close to bus stops and has 2 train stations within walkable distance.
If you drive this property does benefit from more parking options as it’s an end house so has 2 walls exposed to the road. If you cycle, there is a locked shed in the yard you are welcome to store your bike in.
Within a short walking distance there is an olympic sized swimming pool and full sports centre with gym and sports halls as well as shops, cafes and supermarkets and the city centre and famous Lark Lane are also close.
I am looking for a friendly working professional who enjoys and respects the space that he/she occupies.
If you think this fits what you are looking for then I would love to hear from you!
In person viewings are now available and further photos and videos are available on request.
Here are some thoughts from past renters:
Mary: This is such a lovely home. Helen is a generous and thoughtful landlady who makes this a really great place to live. Tenants are vetted with references so you always feel safe and everyone is considerate towards each other. The street is welcoming and friendly and there is room for parking which is really handy. Parks, coffee shops, all the good stuff is close by too.
I really enjoyed living there and will miss it.
Ella: "The home is situated in a quiet and pleasant location, well connected and close to train/bus stops. The house feels clean and welcoming and I felt comfortable there quickly after moving in.
Helen is easily contactable by phone and is committed to keeping the house feeling a nice space to live in.
I found the other lodgers were also friendly and respectful of others space.
I would recommend living here.
There is a nearby park and sports centre which is a 10 min walk away from the house and also a nearby cafe called the little owl which is amazing."
Stephano: "I spent 5 months in Helen's house between June and October 2019. The House is extremely clean, tidy and well furnished. The room, located in the 2nd floor, is spacious and quiet with a double bed. The window overlooks Tiverton street which was quiet and silent during my entire stay.
The position is great as it is 10 minutes walk from Wavertree Technology park train station and 1 minute walk from the bus stop to the city centre.
Helen was really kind and she took care for all the needs.
I strongly recommend the room which is also extremely cheap compared to what you get!"
