A small but modern terrace house in a quiet street off Park Road. It is not really a room rental, more of a house share. You would be free to use all my tech downstairs. with your own account on the main house computer. Its difficult to sell a rental in words, call me - come and have a cup of tea, if its not your thing - no problem.
