Room Available for Student in Smithdown Area

5 bedroom house behind the Brookhouse pub. Furnished. 2 shared bathrooms and one bedroom that has an en-suite, so will be a bathroom between two. Bath in one bathroom, and shower/toilet/sink in both too.
Washing machine and dryer also.
We are looking for a housemate after someone dropped out.
We are all students going into second year, so ideally another student to live with us would be great.
