Double furnished room (no gender preference)

Double room to rent in a spacious flat, 2nd floor ( house split into 2), I’ve fully furnished the apartment including the spare room as I’m saving to buy the property, The property is situated on the outskirts of town, 10/18 min walk to London road, great Homer st, gym, lime street station and the city centre, there’s also a corner shop, takeaways and Everton park a few seconds away. I’m not looking for someone who parties all the time or has their bf/gf staying over constantly!!(where in a cost of living crisis) But I am a easy person to get on with and do like having a drink/ party now and again! And I don’t mind sharing with male/female, no smoking in the property but vape is fine! I do have a toy poodle, so must love dogs. I’m just looking for an easygoing person who is respectful and clean/tidy. Street parking is available for drivers and there’s always spaces.
