I'm a registered landlady with furnished houses/rooms in popular Smithdown Road/Penny Lane/Allerton Road area from £270 (single) to £300-£380 (double) per person per month. Including gas, electric, council tax, fast speed wireless internet, tv licence and water rates. They are in a safe area, close to wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, library etc.

This house has separate a shared lounge with TV, central heating, double glazing, alarmed, fast speed virgin internet, interlinked mains smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, tumble drier, etc. One room available now. Excellent bus routes for city centre, 86/86A bus also runs throughout the night.
