The room is situated on the third floor of a beautiful Victorian three story semidetached house, with a picturesque landscape view looking over Newsham Park. There is a private spacious shower-bathroom on the same floor. The kitchen, situated on the ground floor is to be shared with the house owners, a middle age couple, and no children.

• Distance: half an hour walk, 10 minutes’ ride, or 5 minutes’ drive from city centre. Walking distance from different amnesties, such as GP, shops, e. t. c.

We are easy going people who are happy if everyone just carry on living their lives without making trouble for the other occupants. However, some reasonable tidiness specially in the shared areas are required.

NOTE: we reserve the right to rent out the room adjacent to this room to another tenant in near future, in which case the bathroom will be shared between the two tenants.
We consider a couple renting the two rooms on the same floor for £900 per month including all the bills.
